At PixelAnt Games, we put a strong focus on delivery. We promise our clients that we will deliver high-quality results – on time and within budget. Our Project Managers play a key role in keeping that promise: they carefully manage scope, timeline, and budget, while also building strong relationships with stakeholders and fostering effective teamwork among our developers.
Many of our projects focus on porting and optimization, but we also work on partial and full development. Co-development is a significant part of what we do.

Skills and experience:
- Bringing strong practical expertise (at least 5 years) in managing projects for external clients within formal frameworks, including detailed scope, budget, and timeline management
- Demonstrating solid practical experience (at least 5 years) in tech product development (software or games)
- Holding proven skills (at least 2 years of experience) in working effectively with senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives and directors
- Having practical experience (at least 2 years) collaborating with remote or hybrid teams
- Communicating confidently and fluently in both English and Polish
Passion for gaming and hands-on player experience will be a plus.
